Interactive Project Manager (Dallas)

Push is actively and aggressively looking to hire an Interactive Project Manager for our Dallas branch who will act as a liaison between the Accounts, Creative and Interactive teams of the agency. The good news is you’ll be able to spearhead the growth and development of our Dallas office, which we just opened in 2019. The bad news is…well, there is no bad news.

Along with being a major influence on the culture of our Dallas branch—you’ll also be responsible for overall interactive project soundness including building scopes, defining budgets, managing external and internal client expectations, change control and setting timelines, then enforcing adherence to them. Ideally, you have experience working with or managing interactive projects—specifically websites overhauls, UAT/QA, content management. To succeed, you must be comfortable working with rapid-fire changes on the fly and operating within tight deadlines. It would help if you know how to take a shot of tequila without salt or lime, one of our longest-standing agency traditions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure client satisfaction by managing projects, communicating clearly, and making sure our internal and client standards are met.
  • Build project timelines and project plans for new projects, working with our internal teams as well as our clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Interactive projects. Solely managing the entire lifecycle of said project, health/scope, facilitating internal and external feedback, communication of project health/status and reporting, as needed.
  • Work with existing Interactive and Production Managers to triage your teammates’ schedules, and work with the Accounts Managers to make sure schedules and reports align with the original statement of work (SOW).
  • Accurately track projects against their SOW to ensure correct time tracking, time-and-materials (T&M) reporting, milestone reporting, and weekly project status updates.
  • Partner with Accounts team to execute all change orders and account growth opportunities as they arise.
  • Assist Accounts team with managing client communications, expectations and strategies from inception through delivery of an engagement.
  • Light travel may be required between Home Agency, Orlando, Fl, and Dallas Branch


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of interactive/digital project management experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with both teams and clients
  • Demonstrable ability to mitigate risk and lead successful projects
  • Understanding of interactive project management and design/ development terminology
  • Familiarity with common project management methodologies, at a minimum waterfall and agile
  • Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment


BONUS POINTS

  • Experience with project management software, i.e. GitHub, Workamajig
  • Experience working within Content Management Systems and eCommerce systems, i.e. Wordpress, Shopify
  • Previous agency experience
