Account Coordinator

This job supports the account team in their efforts to serve the clients needs in a responsive, efficient, effective, and accurate manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Opens, tracks, monitors, and guides all jobs for their assigned clients through account service, creative, and media.
  • Maintains project status reports for assigned clients.
  • Assists the Account Team to secure project and creative approvals from clients.
  • Assists Account Team in compiling contact reports, data for special projects, client requests, etc.
  • Works with media and project management departments to ensure that no media insertions are missed.
  • Drafts project briefs to provide direction to creative teams.
  • Attends meetings with clients as required by the Account Team.
  • Tracks competitive advertising sales and spending practices.
  • Assists with the coordination of presentations.
  • Attends production meetings with account executive.
  • Assists in the preparation and distribution of client budgets, invoicing and forecasting.
  • Checks media estimates against plan.
  • Proofreads copy and checks creative for accuracy.
  • Assists with the management of interns assigned to the Account Team.
  • Organizes and manages multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
